Located in Northern San Diego County approximately 22 miles from the City of San Diego on the coast is the picturesque seaside city of Solana Beach. With two miles of pristine coastline, majestic bluffs and secluded coves, it is an ideal spot to reside. Tucked between Encinitas and Del Mar in San Diego County, the Pacific Ocean is on the west, golf course-country club on east, lagoon regional park on north, and Del Mar Racetrack on the south.

Their is public access to the beach by way of stairs. Solana Beach is known for its boutiques, casual restaurants, surf shops, and service businesses which dot the coast highway. Some small apartment and condominium projects complete the eclectic housing mix.
