Located in the highest point of San Diego North County, San Elijo Hills has been planned as a complete community. Within a small town atmosphere, San Elijo Hills offers expansive views and cooling ocean breezes. It's a pedestrian oriented community where urban amenities compliment a wide range of neighborhoods, from single family homes and townhomes to gated community estates.

The heart of the community includes a central urban business district built around a traditional Town Square including new schools and a 19-acre park with a community building. The towncenter includes shopping, dinning and other community serving amenities. An 18-mile system of hiking trails connects the neighborhoods to the towncenter and to over 1,115 acres of open space. All these features have been designed to work together, inspired by the spirit of small towns found throughout America. |

Currently San Elijo Hills students attend the newly constructed San Elijo School. Once K-5 attendance is sufficient for expansion, a brand new Elementary School will be built immediately adjacent to San Elijo School. |
